In numerous rankings (i.e. Mercers), Switzerland ranks top in terms of "quality of life". But, how do you actually live there? This was the topic of the Nordic Invest information Forum at the Swiss Embassy in Helsinki. At the beginning H.E. Mr. Heinrich Maurer, Ambassador of Switzerland to Finland, presented the rich and diverse culture, the innovative and health economy, in a captivating introduction.
Switzerland is also well known for the political, economical and legal stability that makes the country unique since centuries. This was part of Nordic Invest and my introduction. In addition I talked about our view on the Swiss Wealth Management latest trends and strategies.
It was my pleasure to introduce Mr. Armin Vogt, who presented the diverse aspects of wealth planning, with a focus on inheritance- and estate planning and taxation for individuals living in Switzerland.
The event was rounded up by Mr. Juhani Anttila, former Chairman of Ascom AG and board member of Actelion. His experiances as a CEO and board member in Switzerland fascinated the audience. That after all this great accolades, Mr. Anttila has even decided to stay for good in Switzerland.
